The Program Assistant will adhere to agency policies and strategies that ensure sustainability and organizational growth. These primary responsibilities may be accomplished through managing and regularly updating an accurate donor database, preparing donation reports and dashboards, data tracking for all KPI’s related to Community Outreach, and other duties as needed. Primary responsibilities include assisting in the creation and distribution of communications and marketing materials to external stakeholders, administrative support to the outreach team through data entry and data tracking, and management of the donor database and routine acknowledgements.
